Challenge

2 Sisters Food Group wanted packaging for their new frozen chicken range that would leverage all the great values and heritage of the parent brand – the famous northern fish and chip restaurant. Our other key objective was to give the packs excellent standout versus the very strong competitor in this category.

Solution

Our bright red packs have great stand out in the freezer cabinets (in the ‘sea of blue’) and the ‘At Home’ sub-brand communicates the heritage of the restaurants whilst differentiating the take home product offer. We developed the blackboard device and newspaper print as a ‘nod’ to Harry’s original fish and chip shop and the packs proudly display the Union Jack – reinforcing the 100% British chicken message.
